Stroflux Return and Refund Policy

At Stroflux, we strive to provide exceptional customer service and ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, our return and refund policy is designed to assist you efficiently.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. To be eligible, please ensure that:

  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging.
  • You have proof of purchase or an order confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used Batana Oil products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately at support@stroflux.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

  • Standard Orders: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, processing begins, and cancellations may not be possible.
  • Customized Orders: If your order includes a customized product, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, factors beyond our control may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding that shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Product Care and Maintenance

To maintain the quality and longevity of your Batana Oil, please refer to our Product Care Guide. Issues resulting from improper storage or usage are not covered under this policy.
